Safeguarding Matters

Safeguarding means protecting an adult’s right to live safely, free from abuse and neglect. We take safeguarding concerns seriously and act promptly based on the level of risk.

If Someone is in Immediate Danger

Call emergency services immediately.

If You are Worried About an Adult’s Safety

You can raise safeguarding concerns in two ways:

  • Contact the local authority safeguarding route for Dorset (recommended for urgent or high-risk concerns)

  • Contact us directly so we can take immediate internal action and escalate appropriately
