Our Journey
Serenity Care Circle Limited provides adult domiciliary care in Weymouth, Portland and surrounding Dorset communities. We support people at home with dignity, independence and care shaped around their individual needs. Our Managing Director, Charles Imhogiemhe, founded Serenity through his professional care experience and the personal experience of supporting his parents and wider family. His approach centres on listening, noticing the details that matter and helping people feel understood. Charles has also guided and trained aspiring care workers, sharing his commitment to thoughtful, compassionate support. These experiences continue to shape our approach to the people we support and the staff who provide their care.

Before care starts, we assess health and safety risks in the home and discuss the person's needs and preferences.

We provide written information about our services and how to raise concerns, make a complaint or share a compliment. Clear communication helps people understand their care and have a say in the support they receive.
